We understand that your priority is getting back to your normal life. That is why our staff is knowledgeable, equipped, and ready to help you on your health journey.

We offer physical, occupational, speech, and individual rehabilitation services. Our team goes out of their way to create a care plan specific to you and your needs.

As you prepare to move from Pilgrim Manor to more independent living, we’ll work with you on our Safe Return Program, a transition plan to make sure you, your home, and your family are ready.
